the location was really great. it was near the main square. the staff were friendly and helpful too. breakfast was very adequate and prosecco was available.

the hotel charged me in gbp. i did not consent to this. i have been trying to get a refund, but they have been brushing me off for over a month now. this was really disappointing.

street noise dirty sheet

The breakfast was fabulous. It had so many options.

The room was too noisy. It faced the street. Trams ran all night. It was hard to sleep even with earplugs. I also noticed a dirty sheet on one of the beds. It was quite disappointing

lovely sanctuary close to old town

beautiful scent inviting building fine space plush sofa

i was struck by the beautiful scent as i entered the building it was inviting. the reception area had a well-kept appearance that i loved. our room presented a fine space with generous dimensions. i found extra seating comfortable alongside a plush sofa.

during my stay i found a minor issue with the bathroom sink it drained a bit slowly after use this did not significantly affect my experience but it's worth noting for awareness.

our room provided comfort with a spacious layout and elegant polish style decor it featured large windows and comfortable beds. ample storage space was available for luggage and personal items with a big wardrobe.

the hotel enjoys an ideal location mere steps from the main square access to the city's attractions is effortless. public transportation options are close allowing for convenient travel throughout the area it is so convenient.

Acceptable Stay

central location quick walk convenient shops uncomfortable beds missing frills lacking comfort

the hotel location was very central. It was a very quick walk to the square. A bar and a McDonalds was beside the hotel. I found shops for drinks close by.

the double bed consisted of two single beds. These singles were not awfully comfortable. the hotel lacked some frills for a 4 star hotel. I expect more.
